Booking Options

1. For Online Reservation within India select from city options, check availabilities for the date you wish to travel and proceed to reserve online by making a credit card payment. In case of any difficulties email us.

2. Telephonic Reservation (Anywhere in India and select Overseas destinations listed) – Call our numbers and confirm following details:

1. Your date of arrival and Departure (Check and Check out Dates)
2. No. of Rooms / No. of persons
3. Plan (EP – Accommodation only, CP – With breakfast, MAP – With breakfast and Dinner, AP – with all meals, JP – Jungle Plan i.e all meals and park safaris (Only applicable for Jungle lodges), Ayurveda – Ayurveda Package (Only applicable for Resorts/hotels having Ayurveda Centres) Vehical required for siteseeing / transfers with time.

Our reservation assistants will advise you mode of payment as advised to us by the Hotel/ Resort (Some resorts/hotels only prefer cash)

Our reservation assistants will take necessary steps to reserve the room in your favour and then one of the payment procedures will be followed based on your payment preference.

3. E-mail Reservation (Anywhere in India and select Overseas destinations listed) – e-mail us and confirm following details:

We will e-mail a Before Payment booking note for you to process payment by one of the options mentioned.

There is always a gap from the point we confirm you the availability, you confirm it back and we confirm the same to the hotel/resort and availability status may change during this period. e-mail confirmations are typically done and e-mailed the same working day.

4. Fax Reservation (Anywhere in India and select Overseas destinations listed) – Similar to e-mail reservation but instead of e-mail we interact through faxes. Typically a lot of Fax reservations requests are completed by interacting over e-mails.

Procedure for Making Payments (Except Online Reservations)

A. Payment by Cash/Cheque person to Pickup Cash / Cheque (Within Mumbai)
we will send our person for payments against a booking/reservation note. kindly check this note before making the payment.

B. Payment by Cash/Cheque – ICICI Bank Deposit (Within Mumbai or Outside Mumbai-Within India)
We will e-mail or fax a Before Payment booking note for you to deposit payment by cheque or cash in ICICI Bank Thereafter e-mail or call or fax deposit slip and intimate that such a deposit is done. We will then send (e-mail, post, courier, fax) an after payment booking note

C. Payment by Credit Card (Mumbai, Rest of India or anywhere in the world)
We will e-mail or fax a Before Payment booking note for you to process online payment by Credit card. No need to reconfirm this payment as we get a copy of email auto-confirmation received by you. We will then send (e-mail, post, courier, fax) an after payment booking note

Policy in case of a Cheque Bounce – In case of bounced cheque you will be required to send another payment or the booking will lapse. If the cheque bounces after date of departure then you will be liable for the payment.

What is a booking/reservation note?
Different Resorts and Hotels have different methods of confirmation and so to standardize we have a note which is known as the booking note that confirms the booking with details and kindly check this note before making the payment. A Confirmation note means that the accommodation is booked for you. However unless expressly specified in the booking note all bookings are confirmed against advance payment (Either part or Full). Failure to forward the same may result in your reservation getting cancelled / lapsed. Kindly enquire about payment cut off date applicable for your booking.

Is a booking/reservation note the final bill?
No. Reservation note only suggests that a payment has been collected against a certain booking. Final bill is prepared by the resort during your stay and will be presented to you on checkout. This bill would also include any extras you consume during your stay (Items not included in the plan). Any balance payments have to be made direct. If you plan to use credit card or Travelers Cheques, Please ascertain if they are accepted at the hotel/resort site.

What is before payment and after payment booking notes?
Confirmation note sent to enable you to process payments is a before payment note. Here hotel numbers are not mentioned. Confirmation note sent after you process payments is a after payment note. Here hotel numbers are mentioned.

What is payment cut-off date?
It is date before which payments need to be sent to the Hotel/resort or the booking will get cancelled and confirmation note would be rendered void.

Cancellation Policy
We have no cancellation policy of our own and we follow exactly the same policy for every booking as followed by the respective resort. Guests are requested to ascertain cancellation policy of the resort before making the payment.

Policy on last minute cancellations for post-paid bookings
For last minute cancellation in part or full for Bookings that are paid after checkout (applicable for group bookings), retention clauses will be applied as per letter of acceptance.
